This project aimed to redesign a logo & brand identity and design event deliverables for a local organization. This project was completed for my Corporate ID & Branding class.
This project focuses on the KARA Family Resource Centre, a non-profit organization in Edmonton. KARA offers children’s programming, family support, parenting programs, and other services that support child development. Most of KARA’s children’s programming is aimed at families with children aged 0-6. Programming at KARA includes family support, parent education, referrals, and developmental screening.
The rebrand is a modern, uncomplicated logo that can be used across multiple platforms, including environmental settings, letterheads, and business cards. The new logo incorporates a leaf as a callback to the original logo and indicates growth and nurturing, essential elements of Kara’s services.
A jungle exploration theme is used in the event deliverables to tie together the idea of exploration and the new rebranded design.
Programs Used: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign
